1. Internal Audit Sr. Staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing role / KAP
- Willing to work mobile out of town
Job Desc
- Doing Risk-based audit services based on the Plan (Store and Non-Store) as well as add-hoc checking (e.g. Stock take review, additional review project requested by Management)
- Responsible for conducting comprehensive audits across multiple retail store locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Conduct scheduled and surprise audits at retail store locations to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, inventory management, cash handling, and other operational processes.
- Evaluate potential risks at store locations and assess the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
- Review and assess store adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including financial reporting, inventory control, and customer service.
- Work closely with store managers and relevant departments to understand store operations and provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.
- Prepare clear, concise, and detailed audit reports highlighting audit findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement. Communicate audit results to store management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that audits comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.
2. Internship
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, teamwork, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently doing a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong eagerness to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Desc
- Provides entry- to intermediate-level professional services, under supervision of professional staff and/or faculty personnel, as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives of the unit.
- Undertakes and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.
- Participates in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
- Interacts directly with colleagues in the planning of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
- Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
- As appropriate to the position and as specified by unit management, conducts original research and prepares reports based on findings, to include recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
- May provide day-to-day guidance and support to student employees and/or interns within area of specialty.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
3. Designer (Drafter)
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior / any related field
- Min of 1 year of working experiences
Job Desc
- Prepare Store design as per concept guideline, complete from 2D to 3D on time Manage revise as per actual site and coordination with Project Fit out
- Record all documentation end to end project
- Manage calculations on drawing as per guidelines
- Monitoring drawing as per project progress
- Giving support for improvement and effectiveness
- Manage work load under pressure
- Store design monitoring
- Targeted 10 store Layout per weeks, include complete drawings.
- Improvement Single-line, wiring diagram drawing
- Standardization implementation.
4. Freelance Admin
Requirements
- Active student or fresh graduate (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree) in any major (preferably in Administration, Management, or related fields).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Job Desc
- Assist in daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
- Maintain and update company databases and documentation.
- Provide general support to the administrative and operations team.
