Contohnya jika kualifikasi yang diminta adalah fasih berbahasa Inggris, namun ternyata kemampuan bahasa Inggris kamu tidak banyak.

Disaat wawancara nanti kamu sendiri yang akan kesulitan, HRD akan menilai kalau kamu tidak fasih dalam berbahasa Inggris. Di zaman modern ini, banyak cara bagi HRD untuk mencari tahu kebohongan yang kamu buat, bahkan tanpa harus melakukan wawancara.

Untuk kamu yang mau pindah posisi atau perusahaan - tidak salah jika kita berganti pekerjaan, akan tetapi jika kamu berganti pekerjaan dalam waktu yang singkat HRD mungkin akan berpikir kalau kamu bukan orang yang loyal, hal itu tentu akan berbahaya juga bagi HRD untuk memutuskan menerima kita atau tidak, karena bisa saja kamu nantinya mencari pekerjaan di perusahaan lain, yang akan mempengaruhi ritme kerja perusahaan.

Sebelum kamu melamar kerja, maka pastikan kalau kamu mempunyai kemampuan seperti kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan, atau kamu memang mempunyai kompetensi untuk posisi tersebut. Dengan demikian maka kamu mempunyai kesempatan untuk diterima ketika sedang melamar pekerjaan pada suatu perusahaan.

Lowongan Kerja Pocari Sweat April 2024 - Di awal berdirinya pada tahun 1997, Otsuka merupakan perusahaan afiliasi dari Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd Jepang yang memulai perjalanannya di Indonesia dengan nama PT Kapal Indah Otsuka. Perusahaan ini terbentuk dari hasil investasi bersama antara Otsuka Pharmaceutical Jepang dan PT Kapal Api dengan Pocari Sweat sebagai produk pertamanya. Kemudian di tahun 1999, PT Kapal Indah Otsuka merubah namanya menjadi PT Amerta Indah Otsuka.

Semakin berkembangnya perusahaan, pada tahun 2004 PT Amerta Indah Otsuka membuka pabrik pertama yang terletak di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat menyusul 6 tahun berikutnya pabrik Pocari Sweat di Kejayan, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur didirikan.

Dengan keberhasilannya dalam memasarkan produk, hingga kini produk yang dihasilkan telah didistribusikan di seluruh Indonesia. PT Amerta Indah Otsuka gencar melakukan pendistribusian baik secara langsung melalui kantor cabang resmi maupun distributor-distributor yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara.

Seiring dari kemajuan perusahaan, Otsuka berkomitmen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas dengan mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008, Sistem Keamanan Pangan ISO 22000: 2005, dan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001 : 2004.

Pada kesempatan kali ini PT Amerta Indah Otsuka (Pocari Sweat) kembali membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

1. Head of Legal & Compliance

Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
  • Set the legal strategy, goals and objectives in alignment with business strategies in Indonesia and several overseas companies 
  • Advise senior management on a variety of complex legal issues that would impact the businesses
  • Develop and manage annual legal, compliance and enterprise risk management budget
  • Monitor and ensure the fulfilment of required business licenses and permits for the company to perform its business and operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable law and regulations
  • Proactively lead and contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of an effective system of corporate governance and enterprise risk management
  • Lead the execution, implementation and change management requirements of global ERM (including business continuity and crisis management) mandates in Indonesia
  • As part of ERM, facilitate and support the business to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and respond to significant local risks that could impact the company’s ability to achieve its strategic and performance objectives
  • Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state, and other governmental bodies, legislatures, and the community at large
  • Handling legal documents including but not limited to drafting, negotiating, finalising, manage database and records all types of contracts including service level agreements, procurement contracts, master supply/purchase agreements, etc.
  • Answering internal queries from other departments of the company regarding legal and compliance
  • Handling any cases where the company is one of the parties including but not limited to Liaising with senior counsels, lawyers, and authorities wherever required
  • Overseeing all formalities and documentations across all departments
  • Develop and implementing Compliance Program within the company and also vendors including but not limited to develop and maintain regulations and code of conduct, develop and setup trainings and maintaining Whistle Blower System
  • Manage Legal Audit activity within the company
  • You will be reporting to the Corporate Affairs & Legal Director.
  • To succeed in this Head of Legal and Compliance role, you must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of how to grow the business and become a business partner with other department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in law from a reputable university.
  • Having an Advocate certificate is a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least five years of people management experience in in a multinational company, preferably within the manufacturing industry and/or reputable law firm
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Indonesia corporate and commercial law, including company law, foreign investment, employment, competition law, import/export, consumer protection, sales and distribution, supply chain and intellectual property
  • Strong experience in handling corporate dispute
  • Business sense and willing to understand the business process and goals
  • Solid experience in managing compliance-related matters (ranging from drafting and implementing policies, conducting training and complex compliance investigations) is essential
  • Excellent level of ethics and integrity
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills with effective problem solving and decision-making
  • Excellent communication, Negotiation, interpersonal skills and being a strategic business partner to the business
  • Being hands-on when required is mandatory

2. Trade Marketing Manager (Modern Trade)

Responsibilities

  • Implementation Promo material: Ensure implementation complies with deadlines, calculate plan vs actual, make analysis, and proactively provide feedback to the team if Promat implementation does not meet requirements
  • Create a channel development strategy to achieve sales growth
  • Create trade promotions that are effective, impactful and efficient, then ensure that they are implemented according to the provisions, then conduct analsis, and provide feedback to the related team
  • Create the most effective planogram for MT and GT channel 
  • Be proactive if there is an Ad Hoc project according to the channel, provide the best, most effective and efficient strategy
  • Budget control for all trade promotions and merchandise, so can align and achieve the success metrics
  • Weekly monthly report with in-depth channel analysis, and provide recommendations/action items that are concretely effective and efficient
  • Coordination with the sales operations and brand marketing teams, down to a shared tracker in Plan & Evaluation
  • Engagement, Create the best and most impactful engagement strategy with outlet stakeholders and accounts
  • Placement: HO, ODI, Area

3. Trade Marketing Staff Wholesale

Responsibilities

  • Execute channel development strategy to achieve sales growth
  • Execute trade promotions that are effective, impactful and efficient, complies with deadlines, calculate plan vs actual, then ensure that they are implemented according to the provisions, then conduct analysis, and provide feedback to the related team
  • Execute the most effective planogram for Wholesale outlet
  • Be proactive if there is an Ad Hoc project according to the channel, provide the best, most effective and efficient strategy
  • Execute budget control for all trade promotions and merchandise, so can align and achieve the success metrics
  • Weekly monthly report with in-depth channel analysis, and provide recommendations/action items that are concretely effective and efficient
  • Coordination with the sales operations and brand marketing teams, down to a shared tracker in Plan & Evaluation
  • Execute Engagement, create the best and most impactful engagement strategy with outlet stakeholders and accounts
  • Placement: HO, ODI, Area

4. Shopper Research

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding consumer behavior and preferences to drive effective marketing strategies within the retail environment.
  • Provide valuable insights into consumer behavior, helping the Trade Marketing Department develop targeted and effective strategies to drive sales and improve the overall shopping experience. Through comprehensive report. With output in (easy to digest) presentation slides and excel sheets
  • Lead and conduct consumer research,and have undertsanding on how to collaborate with research agencies local (with affordable cost)
  • Placement: HO, ODI, Area
