PT United Tractors Tbk didirikan pertama kali pada tanggal 13 Oktober 1972. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri penyediaan jasa dan peralatan berat. PT United Tractors Tbk merupakan sebuah bagian dari Astra Group.

Pada awalnya perusahaan ini bernama PT Astra Motor Works dengan mayoritas saham kepemilikan di pegang oleh PT Astra Intemational Tbk. Seiring dengan perkembangan dan persaingan maka, dilakukan perubahan nama menjadi United Tractors (UT).

Pada tahun 1970-an, United Tractors mengembangkan sayapnya dengan membangun lahan produksi seluas 20 ha di JI. Raya Bekasi Km 22, Cakung, Jakarta Timur.

Pengembangan ini semakin melebarkan dan membangun reputasi pemasaran yang berorientasi kepada servis dan product support. PT United Tractors Tbk juga terlibat langsung di bidang manufaktur (United Oil), jasa penambangan (PT Panama) serta pertambangan batu bara (Berau Coral).

Seiring berjalannya waktu United Tractors terus mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat dan berbagai reputasi internasional. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan bergabungnya perusahaan-perusahaan besar dunia dalam perintisan kerja sama seperti merek Komatsu dari Komatsu Ltd, Japan dengan United Tractors. Kemudian sejak 1981 United Tractors mulai memperluas produksi dengan melakukan berbagai pendirian Affiliated Company (Affco).

1. Business Consultant

Job Description

  • Providing solutions through product offerings for business problems.
  • Assist the administrative needs of Customers.
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics to open opportunities.
  • Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market.
  • Maintaning good relationships with customers and always providing the latest information about products.

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max.2 years experience in the field of Business Consultant/Business Analyst/ Business Developement or related field
  • Min.bachelor degree all major
  • GPA min. 3.25 Good
  • Has good interpersonal and communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills.
  • Target oriented.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

2. MT Administration Department Head

Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day financial administration operations
  • Building relationships with government, banks, leasing companies
  • Monitor accounting and management processes

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field.
  • Min.bachelor degree Economy, Accounting, Management or Industrial Engineering.
  • GPA min. 3.25
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

3. Internal Audit

Job Description

  • Prepare for the annual internal audit.
  • Determine the frequency of audit, the subject of inspection, etc
  • Identify gaps and recommend risk-avoidance.
  • Ensure that the company's compliance and governance policy
  • Make an audit report

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience of Auditor/Accounting/Corporate Finance/Risk Management
  • Min.Bachelor Degree of Economy/Accounting major.
  • GPA min. 3.25
  • Understand about audit regulations.
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia.

4. After Sales Consultant

Job Description

  • Maintain good relationship and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategies to achieve customer targets lead the After
  • Lead the After Sales Service in delivery of the short term and long term strategic
  • Deliver a profitable after sales service
  • Work with the parts department

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience related in the field
  • Min.Bachelor Degree all major.
  • GPA min. 3.25
  • Ability to convince customers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

5. MT Service Department Head

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the service department's day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement policies.
  • Plan and coordinate service activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Evaluate the deparment's performance and implement improvements

Qualification

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical & electrical engineering.
  • GPA min.3.25 
  • Fresh graduate or 2 years maximum
  • Knowledge of service management software and hardware
  • Willing to be placed on sites throughout Indonesia.

6. IT Governance & Security

Job Requirements

  • Protect computer systems by creating barriers deterring external access to them.
  • Recognise problems within systems by identifying uncharacteristic activity.
  • Assess current situations with the network security and carry out audits.
  • Implement improvements where needed and keep the users informed the status of the system security.

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max.2 years experience Computer Science/Information System or related field
  • Min.bachelor degree Computer/IT
  • Advanced knowledge of system security, hardware, software, and ability to keep up with technical innovation in IT support
  • Willing to be placed in DKI Jakarta

7.IT Technology & Infrastructure

Job Description

  • Create, install, configure, and maintain the IT infrastructure for the company.
  • To ensure uptime and availability, monitor system performance and resolve problems.
  • Create a disaster recovery plan and a business continuity plan.

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max.2 years of intermediate to advanced skill in cloud computing, virtualization
  • Min.bachelor degree Computer/IT
  • Advanced knowledge of system security, hardware, software, and documenting processes performance metrics.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

8.IT Business Analyst And APP Developer

Job Description

  • Develop, maintain and enhance software applications.
  • Analyze end-user's needs and requirements, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Participate in testing debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of software applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max.2 years experience Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
  • Min.bachelor degree Computer/IT.
  • Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and determine IT needs and train end-users.
  • Willing to be placed in DKI Jakarta.

9.Corporate Finance & Accounting

Job Description

  • Collect company funds in terms of investment, debt, etc
  • Manage short-term finances
  • Analysis of the potential funds
  • Regulate the distribution of profits obtained
  • Make financial reports
  • Ensure that the bookkeeping
  • Compiles the necessary data, analyzes it againts company revenue, etc
  • Conduct interpretation of financial results.

Qualification

  • Fresh graduate or max.2 years experience of Accounting or Finance.
  • Min.bachelor Degree Accounting/Economy major.
  • GPA min. 3.25
  • Detail oriented, Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Familiar with accounting software is a plus.
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia.

10.Data Science

Job Description

  • Conduct non-directed research
  • Extract volumes of data from internal and external sources.
  • Employ shopiticated analytics program, etc
  • Explore and examine data
  • Devise data-driven solutions

Qualification

  • Minimum bachelor's degree of Statistic/Mathematics Major.
  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of Data Scientist or related field
  • GPA min. 3.25
  • Fluent with data visualization tools/data querying languages, etc

11.Digital Marketing

Job Description

  • Execute performance marketing over a variety of digital channels and brands.
  • Interest in customer segmentation and understanding the brands representing.
  • Analyze, measure and report performance of all digital marketing.
  • Optimize user funnels, This role is within a large Digital Marketing team.

Qualification

  • Minimum bachelor's degree of Marketing/Communication Major
  • Fresh graduate or max.2 years of Digital Marketing or related field 
  • GPA min.3.25
  • Experienced in Social media/Google Marketing (SEM, Display and Shopping)
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English
