PT United Tractors Tbk didirikan pertama kali pada tanggal 13 Oktober 1972. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri penyediaan jasa dan peralatan berat. PT United Tractors Tbk merupakan sebuah bagian dari Astra Group.

Pada awalnya perusahaan ini bernama PT Astra Motor Works dengan mayoritas saham kepemilikan di pegang oleh PT Astra Intemational Tbk. Seiring dengan perkembangan dan persaingan maka, dilakukan perubahan nama menjadi United Tractors (UT).

Pada tahun 1970-an, United Tractors mengembangkan sayapnya dengan membangun lahan produksi seluas 20 ha di JI. Raya Bekasi Km 22, Cakung, Jakarta Timur.

Pengembangan ini semakin melebarkan dan membangun reputasi pemasaran yang berorientasi kepada servis dan product support. PT United Tractors Tbk juga terlibat langsung di bidang manufaktur (United Oil), jasa penambangan (PT Panama) serta pertambangan batu bara (Berau Coral).

Seiring berjalannya waktu United Tractors terus mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat dan berbagai reputasi internasional. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan bergabungnya perusahaan-perusahaan besar dunia dalam perintisan kerja sama seperti merek Komatsu dari Komatsu Ltd, Japan dengan United Tractors. Kemudian sejak 1981 United Tractors mulai memperluas produksi dengan melakukan berbagai pendirian Affiliated Company (Affco).

1. Management Trainee Parts Department Head (MT PDH) Karyawan Tetap

Job Description

  • Manage and increase sales of spare parts and inventory to achieve targeted results
  • Ensuring the availability of parts to support customer operational needs
  • Prepare and maintain parts demand planning including analysis, evaluation, recommendation, maintenance, and improvements to parts inventory levels through various distribution channel
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the parts department.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years experience in Engineer or any related field
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Strong teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

2. Management Trainee Service Department Head (MT SDH)

Job Description

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
  • Plan and coordinate service activities, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services.
  • Evaluate department performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in service management or any related field
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Knowledge of service management software and hardware
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

3. People Development

Job Description

  • Evaluating current behaviors and management competencies, 
  • Design and conduct training programs, workshops, and educational opportunities to address skill shortages and development requirements within the organization.
  • Identify training needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Establish and oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to align people development initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in human resources, training and development, preferably within a corporate environment. 
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, and Industrial Engineer or related fields. 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Should be able to work collaboratively with different departments within the organization and have a passion for developing people and improving performance.

4. Secretary

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, managing invoices, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs as required.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably as a secretary, within a relevant industry or organization or related field.
  • A Diploma's degree from all majors, with preference given to the following majors: Management, Administration, Communication.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence, emails, and reports.

5. Business Consultant / Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

  • Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.
  • Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers.
  • Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products.
  • Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
  • Maintain the company's reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

6. Instructor Operator

Job Description

  • Design and deliver training programs for heavy equipment operation, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.
  • Conduct classroom instruction, hands-on practical training, and simulator sessions to teach equipment operation techniques, safety procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate proper equipment operation techniques and safety procedures, including pre-operation inspections and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heavy equipment technology and techniques, incorporating new developments into the curriculum and training methods.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop and implement comprehensive heavy equipment training programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Instructor Operator
  • Minimum Diploma’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and background, with experience in an industrial environment or manufacturing setting.
  • A passion for sharing knowledge in a classroom and building a program that conveys technical knowledge of how to operate heavy equipment along with core content knowledge such as basic safety, communication skills and construction drawing.
  • Good communication skills, professional attitude and demeanor and a willingness to help others reach their full potential.

7. Research & Business Development Minerals Engineer

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in the mineral industry, including market entry plans and client acquisition strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including mining companies, government agencies, and investors, to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze geological data, exploration reports, and market intelligence to identify potential mining sites and investment opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to business development initiatives, including interpreting geological data, assessing mineral resources, and optimizing mining processes.
  • Assess the technical feasibility and economic viability of mineral exploration and mining projects, considering geological characteristics, resource estimation, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Minimum Master's degree in Metallurgy, Geology, Mining Engineering, Mineral or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
  • Capable of speaking Mandarin, it can be considered a plus point.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities
  • Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion

8. After Sales Consultant

Job Description

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to meet customer targets.
  • Lead the After Sales Service team in implementing both short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Analysis, coordinate, and manage activities related to the sale of spare parts.
  • Conduct sales activities for spare parts product and contract maintenance: sales planning establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers collecting sales results. 

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in a sales-related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and convince customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia.

9. Data Science(AI Engineer)

Job Description

  • Extract large volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Develop data-driven solutions for the most pressing challenges.
  • Create new algorithms to solve problems and build tools for automating work.
  • Provide recommendations for cost-effective changes to existing procedures and strategies.
  • Creating visualizations of data.
  • Explore and investigate generative AI, computer vision, and broader machine learning concepts through rigorous research. Stay updated on the latest advancements and methodologies in AI to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in data science/data analysis or any related field.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Statistics/Mathematics, Computer Science or any related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies and tools in the field of AI and data science.
  • Experience with data querying languages and statistical or mathematical software such as Python.

10. Internal Audit

Job Description

  • Make an audit report, gather and compile audit evidence, including data analysis, interviews, and document reviews, to support findings.
  • Assess and appraise the performance of operations, finance, and accounting functions to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation actions taken by management.
  • Develop comprehensive audit plans outlining objectives, scope, and methodologies for thorough examination of internal controls
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and recommendations effectively

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Auditor, Accounting, Finance, Risk or other related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management. 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Attention to detail is crucial, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
