Meta Platforms, Inc. , disingkat sebagai Meta dan sebelumnya dikenal juga sebagai Facebook, Inc. hingga 28 Oktober 2021, adalah sebuah layanan jejaring sosial berkantor pusat di Menlo Park, California, Amerika Serikat yang diluncurkan pada bulan Februari 2004.
Per September 2012, Facebook memiliki lebih dari satu miliar pengguna aktif, lebih dari separuhnya menggunakan telepon genggam. Pengguna harus mendaftar sebelum dapat menggunakan situs ini. Setelah itu, pengguna dapat membuat profil pribadi, menambahkan pengguna lain sebagai teman, dan bertukar pesan, termasuk pemberitahuan otomatis ketika mereka memperbarui profilnya.

1. Head of WhatsApp, Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategy that expands WhatsApp usage and revenue in country
- Represent WhatsApp publicly and with senior clients, government policymakers, regulators, consumer and civil liberties advocates and other stakeholders in country
- Build and lead a cross functional team to deliver against country objectives. Functions you will either manage directly or invest in and influence through an aligned strategy include Business Development & Partnerships, Policy, Marketing, and Communications
- Deeply understand WhatsApp Values, Product and Policies to create a strategy to achieve our priorities in country
Minimum Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in product driven companies
- Proven ability to leverage and build relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, business leaders, government officials and policy leaders
- Proven experience initiating and successfully driving local business opportunities within a global product
- Strong general management experience, with proven track record leading and driving execution across cross functional teams, delivering on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, and experience advising teams and senior executives on local matters
- Experience communicating effectively, collaborating and influencing strategically at all levels, with ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
- B.S. or M.S in Engineering/Sciences/Business
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English language, both written and verbal, is essential as the role will liaise extensively with WhatsApp leadership and local stakeholders in Indonesia
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as country or regional leader in a global company
- Experience in real-time messaging systems, payments systems or cloud infrastructure
- Business development experience
- Experience working in a start-up environment
2. Partner Manager - Gov, Politics & Nonprofits (Indonesia, Timor Leste, Brunei)
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships and manages existing relationships across GPN advertising ecosystem (institutions, government entities, political candidates, agencies, etc.), builds trust and credibility of Meta and its suite of products.
- Understand key decision makers and influencers and their organization's business objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship maps. Demonstrate value of Meta's products as a key driver for civic engagement, inform partners of new processes and products and provides Meta best practices specific to G/P/N.
- Navigate new challenges and situations.
- Develop and implement creative solutions that align Meta's approach to GPN with partner needs.
- Collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams (scaled execution team, sales operations, policy teams) and ensures team is delivering on expectations, facilitates escalations internally.
- Manage complex work streams.
- Lead agency / client / industry training to educate on paid and organic products (market permitting).
- Attend/present at events to represent Meta's Advertising solutions.
- Serve as external product consultant to education clients and agencies.
- Oversee internal account operations and partner with cross functional team to drive best in class service solutions for G/P/N vertical, ensuring service excellence.
- Capture / identify product and innovation needs based on client / industry feedback.
- Identify relevant industry trends relevant to Governments, Politics and Nonprofits (GPN).
- Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences.
- Knowledge of vertical and accompanying Meta solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ year’s experience in a client-service role interfacing with clients.
- Experience introducing new products processes and systems to clients.
- Experience working with marketing decision makers in Agencies and Government/Policy/Nonprofit organizations.
- Performance marketing experience and/or brand advertising experience.
- Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions.
- Experience working with cross functional teams with the ability to partner with executives.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of Bahasa Melayu and / or Tetum will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships).
- Demonstrated experience public speaking/presenting to large groups of stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed
3. Client Solutions Manager, CPG/FMCG - Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Media planning, strategy, measurement, and optimization: Outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI’s. Manages and consults on complex advertising solutions and its applications.
- Manages revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real time targeting recommendations. Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and drive incremental revenue.
- Responsible for educating clients and agencies on best practices. Drives product innovation based upon client needs. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, etc.).
- Project management: Manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients.
- Manage analytics and dashboards to advise clients (e.g. daily client facing data/insights reporting, understanding performance across hundreds of accounts used by client, setting up pipelines to pull conversion and impression data, etc.)
- Relationship management: Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts you are assigned to.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years experience working directly with marketing, media or agency teams/functions
- Experience with the CPG/FMCG industry and business trends in the industry (eg. brand marketing, consumer insights, technology solutions)
- Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally) and has demonstrated leadership qualities in a team setting
- Familiarity with Meta technologies (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) applications and ad solutions strongly preferred.
- Understanding of major advertising concepts and success metrics (e.g. reach & frequency, awareness, interest, conversion metrics and the sales funnel).
4. Media Partnerships Lead, Indonesia & Greater China Region
Responsibilities
- The candidate will play a key role in supporting company priorities, developing new products and experiences, expanding Meta’s video business impact in markets and will lead a team of high performing partner managers.
- This role requires ability to influence key internal stakeholders such as Strategic Partner Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and leadership.
- Externally, deep relationships, established trust, and ability to drive creative business solutions with our media partners are pivotal to success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years combined experience in the functions of brand management, content management, product management, business development, marketing or partnership
- Experience working in media companies and/or technology, with substantial management and leadership experience and a clear track record of success
- Demonstrated experience of thinking strategically about business issues, leading to data-driven recommendations and action plans, and strong operational execution
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Meta
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
- Excellent communicator of complex concepts in a variety of settings and mediums
- Understanding of Meta’s strategic and competitive position
- Strong existing relationships in the APAC media industry
- Interest and knowledge of Entertainment & Sports
5. Client Solutions Manager (Digital Native) - Indonesia
Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts you are assigned to.

Minimum Qualifications
- Over 4 years of experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required
- Experience with the industry or business trends in the Digital Native verticals (eCommerce, Travel, and digital-first companies).
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with all levels of management internally and externally.
- Familiarity with Meta technologies (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) applications and ad solutions strongly preferred.
- Understanding of major advertising best practices and marketing concepts to drive performance-metrics (app install, app engagement, and conversion metrics).
- Preferred Qualifications
- B2B sales or business development experience.
