Perusahaan ini merupakan grup energi Indonesia yang fokus pada pertambangan batubara melalui anak perusahaan. Lokasi utama adalah di kabupaten Tabalong di Kalimantan Selatan, di mana anak perusahaan PT Adaro Indonesia mengoperasikan tambang batubara satu lokasi terbesar di belahan bumi selatan (sekitar 110.000 ton batubara per hari).[3] Adaro Energy beroperasi di bawah CCA (perjanjian kerjasama batubara) generasi pertama dengan Pemerintah Indonesia yang berlaku hingga tahun 2022.

Adaro telah membuka lahan di Jawa Tengah untuk pembangkit listrik tenaga batubara 2.000 MW, setelah tertunda selama lebih dari empat tahun karena masalah pembebasan lahan.[4] Pembangunan pabrik batubara terbesar di Indonesia, di mana Adaro menginvestasikan $4,2 miliar, dimulai pada Juni 2016. Strategi Adaro berfokus pada pembangkit listrik sebagai "tiga pilar" perusahaan selain ekspor batubara dan logistik.

1. Payroll Officer

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management/Engineering
  2. Min 2 years of working experience as Payroll Staff
  3. Strong competencies in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation
  4. Having experience using SAP system is a plus

Jobdesk

  • Make salary lists, salary slips, transfer reports and transfer to each employee's account, so that the fulfillment of employee rights is carried out in accordance with what has been determined and on time.
  • Prepare transfer orders to employee bank accounts, Jamsostek and taxes, so that transfers can be carried out properly.
  • Prepare data and documents for tax reporting so that each employee's tax obligations can be fulfilled properly in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Make reports on Jamsostek, and make payments, so that employee rights related to Jamsostek payments can be fulfilled properly.
  • Make SSP and proof of tax deductions, Tax Reports (VAT, PPh) and report to the tax office, so that the company's tax obligations can be fulfilled properly according to applicable rules.
  • Make tax payments to the bank/pass office, and coordinate with the bank so that the company's tax obligations are fulfilled properly.
  • Make reports on Jamsostek, and make payments, so that employee rights are properly fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Carry out archives of salary data for tax purposes and handle employee complaints related to payment of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other benefits.

2. Legal Officer

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, with min. GPA 3.25
  2. Master Degree in Law would be beneficial
  3. Min 2 years experience in the field of corporate law
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  5. Have good competencies in Legal Drafting, Legal Analysis, Legal Research, and Legal Compliance
  6. Able to work independently and in a team
  7. Have excellent communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa

Jobdesk

  • Prepare and review draft agreements or letters for a routine transaction to ensure the draft agreement or letter is in accordance with applicable regulations and legislation.
  • Providing legal advice, opinions, advice and legal assistance as well as having legal implications for work units that need to be associated with simple or routine transactions to ensure that the company's interests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Carry out and prepare legal documents in connection with routine corporate activities to ensure the fulfillment of company obligations as stated in the company's articles of association.
  • Collect and process data or information needed for a case so that comprehensive data can be obtained which can strengthen the company's legal position on the case.
  • Conduct research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to company activities and provide advice to related work units so that the company's activities are in accordance with these laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and coordinate with related work units regarding permits that must be owned by the company to ensure the licenses do not expire.

3. Procurement Officer

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor Degree from all major
  2. Min 3 years of working experience as Procurement Staff
  3. Strong competencies in Procurement Management, Negotiation skills, Expedition management, contract management, legal compliance, and basic knowledge of tax regulation.

Jobdesk

  • Receive requests for goods and services from related work units in the form of PR (Purchase Requisition), analyze them and coordinate with related users to ensure their needs, completeness and correctness in accordance with policies, systems and procedures for procurement of goods/services in the company.
  • Carry out the process of purchasing goods and services (Contracts) starting from finding vendors to conducting initial negotiations by paying attention to applicable company procedures in order to support the smooth operation of the company.
  • Checking the suitability between the specifications of the goods needed by the user and the specifications of the vendor so that the goods purchased are in accordance with the needs of the company.
  • Prepare CQS (Comparison Quotation Summary) for the procurement of goods / services that are being carried out and prepare PO (Purchase Order) to be sent to the vendor so that the procurement of goods and services is achieved according to the specified time, quality and cost.
  • Ensure the accuracy of making CQS and POs that have been made by Procurement Staff and Non Staff to avoid errors in the process of procuring goods and services for user needs.
  • Coordinate related to the process of sending goods that have been ordered so that the goods can arrive at the company in optimal conditions and on time according to a predetermined schedule.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations to ensure the quality of vendors who work with the company are included in the predetermined criteria to meet the company's operational needs.
  • Prepare purchase reports according to a predetermined period to monitor the progress of purchasing goods and services.
  • Monitoring the performance of OCT, ODT and PRSL in the area to ensure the achievement of KPIs.

4. Recruitment Manager

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Engineering or Law
  2. Have min 10 years of working experience in the recruitment field with a min. experience as a Recruitment Superintendent for 3 years.
  3. Advance skill in job interviewing negotiation, and assessment.
  4. Good communication, influencing skill, and interpersonal skill
  5. Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making

  • Develop a recruitment management strategy in the company based on the long-term and short-term strategies that have been determined.
  • Prepare work plans and budgets related to recruitment management to ensure the achievement of the expected strategic targets.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor Degree in any major with min GPA 3.00
  2. 7 to 10 years of working experience in HR field, with solid track record in managing Recruitment, Talent, Performance, and Organizational Development
  3. Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skill
  4. Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
