2. Medical Director - Hospitals (Jakarta)


  1. Medical Doctor Degree
  2. More than 8 years of experience working as Hospital Director
  3. Strong drive and agile management leadership style
  4. In-depth knowledge of healthcare market (local & international)
  5. Wide networks within the healthcare industry

3. Head of Marketing - Unicorn - Jakarta Based


  1. University graduate major in a reputable university; post-graduate degree is a plus.
  2. At least 8-10 years of working experience in a marketing role with branding exposure, within an international FMCG companies.
  3. Good leadership skill, be a team player and is able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  4. Demonstrating ability to prioritize work in order to achieve the given target.
  5. Expert in the digital marketing, social media will be preferred.
  6. Entrepreneur drive, hands-on, and excellent presentation skill.
  7. Track records of delivering results in complex and dynamic environment.
  8. Strong regional knowledge of the marketing and branding, and clear understanding.
  9. Complete fluency in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written as well as strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
  10. Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.

  • Define the planning to grow the category including Brand Building and Brand Development as well as NPD and New Product Launch
  • Manage marketing budget, media buying and work closely with agencies.
  • Manage nation wide marketing, advertising and promotional staff and all relevant activities

5. Marketing Manager - FMCG (Jakarta)


  1. Strong experience in Brand Marketing within Multinational Principal FMCG Company

7. Managing Director - Fin-Tech Start Up - Jakarta Based


  1. At least 10 years of working experience in start-up environment with demonstrated ability to hustle in ambiguous environment.
  2. Prior industry experience: managing big sales team in SaaS or tech companies, or managing a credit product at a fintech or bank.
  3. Vast network in banks, SaaS, regulators, or other relevant industry ecosystem
  4. Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assess, recognize and reward performance
  5. Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
  6. Drive and hunger to achieve results independent, self-starter and initiative
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality and start-up experience will be a plus.
  8. Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
  9. Previous responsibility in managing P&L of a set up/market.
  10. Self-motivated, willing to learn and take up challenges, whether alone or in a team.
  11. Track record that demonstrated impactful initiatives to the business/organization.
  12. Clear and structured communication in both Bahasa and English.


  • Reporting to the group of founders, the Managing Director will be responsible to lead the whole commercial operation in Indonesia. Other key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing the sales, support, customer success, business development, and support team. You will also be responsible to indirectly manage the technology, HR and ops team.
  • Sustaining the operations by identifying new business and generating new opportunities.
  • Managing the whole P&L of the business in Indonesia
  • Introducing and experimenting new channels for growth (revenues, users, transactions, market shares etc).
  • Coaching, and ensuring development of the team members. Driving the recruitment and training across different functions.
  • Developing and implementing objectives, strategies, and efficient sales forecasting systems.
  • Establishing systems and procedures for controls and evaluation of the teams' performances.
