Menurut Viv Gong, Head of Marketing TikTok mengatakan, Indonesia mendapatkan peringkat ke-6 terbesar di dunia dalam hal jumlah pengguna internet, sehinggal hal tersebut yang mendasari aplikasi Tik Tok masuk ke Indonesia.

TikTok merupakan aplikasi yang di buat oleh perusahaan ByteDance asal China yang bergerak dibidang teknologi kecerdasaan buatan yang sudah terkenal di dunia dalam hal distribusi informasi melalui media atau produk elektronik.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/integrated marketing agencies, proven experience in identifying deep understanding of multi-media channels and integrated marketing campaign operation
  2. Up-to-date with the trends and best practices in Indonesia on mobile and content business
  3. Proactive and a fast learner, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently.
  4. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
  5. Excellent collaborative, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  6. Strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills

2. B2B Marketing Manager

Kualifikasi

  1. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
  2. Experience in media, advertising or technology industries.
  3. Experience in driving B2B marketing or sales programs preferred.
  4. Great understanding of the digital ecosystem in Indonesia
  5. Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  6. Track record of working with and influencing sales & other cross-functional teams.
  7. Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans.
  8. Strong understanding of TikTok's solutions, the advertising industry and Indonesia market.

3. Creative Strategist

Kualifikasi

  1. Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling visual design language and result-focused marketing designs
  2. A design aesthetic that is fun, polished, youthful, and millennial.
  3. Must have knowledge of pre-production, production and post production workflow
  4. Experience in creative/design/production environment.
  5. Excellent graphic design and illustration skills
  6. Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Premiere Pro)
  7. Must be very organised and able to juggle several projects at different stages at a time.
  8. A genuine interest in and aptitude for the type of content TikTok makes
  9. Understands the TikTok brand and voice
  10. Grace under pressure, great people skills, high integrity
  11. Great organisational skills (both with media management & personally)
  12. Animation and motion graphics skills preferred ideal but not required
  13. Understanding of the local market advertising ecosystem and trends

4. Regional Marketing Manager

Kualifikasi

  1. 5-8 years of experience in a strategy or creative strategy role
  2. A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry is needed
  3. Experience within B2B marketing, top tier creative agency, brand creative group or a strategy role within a technology company
  4. Strong grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for upcoming trends
  5. Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts
  6. Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
  7. Understanding of platforms and social media best practices - especially on TikTok
  8. Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance
  9. Excellent communication skills, native level language of Bahasa Indonesian and fluency in English

5. Director of Public Policy

Kualifikasi

  1. 10-15 years of public policy experience, with a focus on Indonesia;
  2. Strong established relationships with local government, NGOs, and institutions;
  3. Deep understanding of the formulation and execution of public policy strategies;
  4. Entrepreneurial spirit, including ability to work independently and autonomously;
  5. Excellent organizational and planning skills, with outstanding attention to detail;
  6. Ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and deal with ambiguity to build creative policy programmes and solutions;
  7. Possess a positive attitude and great people management skills;
  8. Strong interest in consumer technology, social media, content, pop culture and lifestyle trends;
  9. Experience working across social media, internet, technology brands preferred;
  10. Proficient in written and spoken English;
  11. Experience working in multi-market and multi-cultural environments.

6. Senior Marketing Manager - Media & Entertainment

Kualifikasi

  1. Min. 5 years experience in Entertainment, Project Management and/or Talent Marketing with a strong background and interest in showbiz business, creative production and current pop culture
  2. Established marketing contacts within entertainment industry including established artist, management agencies, production house, media contacts
  3. Sound knowledge of TV media landscape, IP copyrights, fans marketing
  4. Highly resourceful in entertainment industry, eg: celebrities, music label, production house, film company, entertainment association etc.
  5. Exceptional project and relationship management skills
  6. Good verbal and written communication; negotiation, project management and time management skills required.
  7. A strong proven record in entertainment marketing with a mix of digital and offline marketing.
