PT Garuda Muthia Shandy (RevivaLTV) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang media juga perkembangan industri dalam lingkup e-Sports.

Dibentuk sejak tahun 2008, Revival TV merupakan sebuah eSports agency. Secara garis besar mereka mengelola berbagai hal terkait eSports. Mulai dari event, konten video, hingga talent agency. Dibangunnya Revival TV bertujuan dalam membangun ekosistem eSports di Indonesia.

Hingga saat ini Revival TV sudah menjadi salah satu media eSports terbesar di indonesia, juga mencatatkan pengalamannya di banyak Kompetisi eSport seperti menjadi EO dalam gelaran MPL S1-S2 & MSC Indonesia, Mengadakan Kompetisi Weekdays Tournament, hal tersebut tentu menjadi pengaruh besar bagi perkembangan eSports di Indonesia.

Saat ini PT Garuda Muthia Shandy (RevivaLTV) yang berlokasi di Jakarta kembali membuka lowongan kerja bagi lulusan S1 untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

Talent Manager for Streamer

Kualifikasi

1. Have min 1 year of experience in streaming, esport, or content related industry.
2. Understand streamers need at different game stages.
3. Has established relationship within streamers in the market.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize workload
5. Comfortable with a fast-paced, start-up environment.
6. Big plus if understand mobile games operations or live streaming operations

Jobdesk

• Scouting & Recruit Streamer
• As a PIC that takes care of all the needs between streamers and platforms that we work with
• Taking care of streamer administration needs (Contracts & Invoicing)
• Sign impactful streamers with a thorough evaluation, and pitch them right with a reasonable package
• Establish metrics for growing, engaging influencers' audience and regularly monitor & analyze the results to make adjustments plans accordingly
• Cultivate new streamers during live-streams to ensure the highest-quality broadcast
• Manage content schedule and provide content suggestions to the streamers with other members of the publishing team, and the development team, to define influencer plans
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers and power users, and track the impact of that interaction
• Keep our signed streamers informed about the latest news on upcoming feature/product launches, major content updates, and event schedules

Business Development

Kualifikasi

1. 3 years of work experience as Business Development
2. Experienced in sales and maintaining relationships with clients
3. Mastering knowledge about market will and how to analyze it
4. Have good knowledge in budgeting and reporting on performance results
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Having a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or Economic Management, master's degree is a plus

Jobdesk

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy that has been determined by the company
• Understand the client's desires and ensure that their fulfillment can be properly fulfilled
• Maintain relationships with clients (both new and existing)
• Collaborate and coordinate with the entire Commercial team (Team Lead, Head of Business and Chief Commercial Officer)
• Observe and maintain the performance of Commercial Activities in order to achieve targets and prepare reports for the Chief Commercial Officer
• Assisting and maintaining budget planning for the Commercial division so that its use is right on target
• Convert Leads become revenue

Digital Marketing 

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum education S1 Marketing / Management / equivalent
2. Have at least 2 years experience in the field of Digital Marketing Mastering SEO, SEM & Social Media Ads Mastering online advertising (FB ads, Google, Placement ads, 3rd party ads)
3. Have a deep interest in digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
4. Focused in B2B Industry
5. Be up to date for algorithms or changes taking place in the internet marketing world
6. Have brand analysis skills and be able to create business strategies for digital
7. Have knowledge in creating and analyzing Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and Google Ads
8. Have knowledge of the tools and tools used in digital marketing
9. Able to interact and work in teams and individually
10. Flexible to adapt and use new technology.

• Brainstorm for new, more creative strategies
• Analyze and optimize all digital campaigns that are run
• Collaborate with Google and partner vendors to make performance improvements
• Maximize company advertising to gain inbound leads

General Affair & Building Management

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or a related field preferred
2. BOMA certification preferred
3. At least 3 years of experience as a building manager or in a similar role
4. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
5. Excellent project management and negotiation skills
6. Good communication and customer service skills
7. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs
• Managing and directing cleaning and security staff and activities
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures
• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
• Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports
• Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations. and building codes
• Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues

IT Support Live Broadcasting

Kualifikasi

1. Have an Excellent knowledge about hardware and software
2. Have an Excellent knowledge about broadcasting hardware and software
3. Have an excellent knowledge about mikrotik as well as troubleshooting
4. Have an experience as it support on broadcasting company
5. Have a good knowledge photoshop software is a plus

• Computer setup for FOH event organizers
• Troubleshoot existing problems regarding computer hardware and software
• Perform maintenance schedules for maintenance of computer equipment and office broadcasts
• Troubleshooting Internet connection

HR & Legal Staff

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor of Law
2. Have min 1 years Experience
3. Used to handling B2B & B2C Legal Document
4. Used to Handling International clients
5. Know very well about esport industry

• Review and provide legal advice on MOUs, Contracts, & Tender documents
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
