Di ranah Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Alter Ego merupakan tim yang dijuluki kuda hitam tetapi perlahan-lahan mampu menunjukkan kemampuannya dari waktu ke waktu. Mulai dari MPL S2, Alter Ego tidak lolos. Di MPL S3 Alter Ego meningkatkan peringkatnya ke posisi ke-5, di MPL S4 Alter Ego berhasil mencapai posisi ke-3, Di MPL S5 Alter Ego kembali harus puas diposisi ke-5, kembali mendapat peningkatan pada MPL S6 Alter Ego menjadi Runner-up, dan akhirnya berhasil mendapat title Champions di MPLI Season Ke-2. tetapi perjalanannya tidak hanya berakhir di sana. Alter Ego akan terus tumbuh.
Saat ini Alter Ego e-Sports yang berlokasi di Jakarta sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi beragam posisi yang sedang kosong dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:
Assistant Coach (Mobile Legends)
Kualifikasi
- Deep understanding of the rules and keep up to date about MLBB Metas, items and heroes.
- Can relate to the players and able to understand each individual.
- Have good leadership skills.
- Ex professional player for moba or have experience as a coach/analyst is a plus.
- Stay in gaming house (West Jakarta) is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure.
Jobdesk
- Develop strategies and analyse opponents in order to win as many matches and tournaments as possible.
- Able to motivate the players, Identify their strengths and weaknesses and make sure they are playing at their best.
- Help to assist coach and manage schedule of tournament.
- Responsible for every aspect relating to performance within a team.
- Keep up to date with the game in question, make notes and arrange scrims.
Analyst (Mobile Legends)
Kualifikasi
- Deep understanding of the rules and keep up to date about MLBB Metas, items and heroes.
- Identify their strengths and weaknesses of the players, and come up with strategies.
- Ex professional player for moba or have experience as a coach/analyst is a plus.
- Able to analyse opponents, come up with reports, communicate with and use data effectively with players.
- Stay in gaming house (West Jakarta) is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure.
Jobdesk
- Taking information and using it to provide interesting stats or learn from it, either for a particular team, tournament provider, and game developer.
- Generate strategies, analyse strengths and weaknesses, and communicate to the players.
- Keep track of facts, stats and game information throughout each season.
