1. Customer Service Premium (Contract Based)

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service
  3. Memiliki passion di dunia e-commerce dan customer service
  4. Bersedia bekerja shifting
  5. Bersedia bergabung secepatnya

2. Operations Quality Assurance

Kualifikasi

  1. Preferably have 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance and/or SOP compliance
  2. Coming from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background is a plus
  3. Familiar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow
  4. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  5. Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
  6. Good communication skills and easy to adapt with new environment
  7. Willing to do work mobile to visit SOC or Hubs to conduct audit (shift working hours)

Jobdesk

  • Conduct routine inspection to SOC and Hubs of Shopee Express to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation
  • Inspect the operating compliance in SOC and Hubs (based on the SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities with providing problem identification
  • Assess the SOC and Hubs compliance level against standard assessment checklist
  • Summarize and report key findings from the inspection on regular basis (daily, weekly and monthly) focusing on the bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce cost

3. Livestream Content and Creative

Kualifikasi

  1. 3 years of experience as senior creative, production assistant, producer, or related roles
  2. Strong understanding in content production, content ideation, content writing, or event organizing.
  3. Passionate in creating creative, convincing, and engaging content
  4. Familiarity in e-commerce and/or live streaming industry
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

4. Livestream Talent and Community Management

Kualifikasi

  1. 1-3 or more years of experience in talent management, community management, influencer marketing, or related fields
  2. Experience from Multi-Channel Network (MCN), agencies, talent management firms, OTT, or other related industries
  3. Experience in spotting, grooming, managing, and monitoring potential talents or creators
  4. Passionate about community building
  5. Excellent in presentation and interpersonal skill
  6. Agile, great communicators, and great collaborators

5. Warehouse Team Leader

Kualifikasi

  1. Candidate must possess at least SMA/SMK
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Required Skills: excel
  4. Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

6. HR Business Partner

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management or Industrial Engineering
  2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Organisational Development, HR Business Partner or HR generalist area
  3. Experience in industrial relation, recruitment, organisation structure analysis, performance management and manpower planning

  • Maintain annual and/or quarter manpower planning, check and assist employee selection, orientation, on/off-boarding, transfers within the company, and ensure all the process are aligning with the applied regulation
  • Provide regular report and update regarding HR matters or issues to both HR Center of Excellence Lead and Business Leaders
  • Review and resolve Legal or Industrial Relations Issues, to comply with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law
  • Do effective, thorough and objective investigations for the encountered HR related matters, and propose a solution with an action plan

7. HR Business Partner (Sunter Warehouse)

Kualifikasi

  1. Willing to be placed in Sunter Warehouse, North Jakarta
  2. Background in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistic is highly preferred
  3. Bachelor degree from any disciplines, preferably from Human Resources Management and Law
  4. 3-4 years of experience working alongside business Heads and/or Managers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  5. Experiences in handling BPO, OD, talent management, Employee and Industrial Relations
  6. Have good administration files, documents and other tasks in the admin
  7. Have good communication, interpersonal, relationship building and teamwork
  8. Demonstrate competency with Excel: Creating spreadsheets, Creating tables, Analyzing data, Pivot tables and pivot charts, Formulas, Group data, Functions.

  5. Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Effective communicator
  7. Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
  8. Strong analytical skills are required
  9. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  9. Experience guiding and managing a team

  2. Has minimum 2 years experience in paid advertising tools
  3. Strong logic, analytical thinking, and passion with marketing and business development approach
  4. Experience in Online Marketing/Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimisation is a plus
